Our agency was not created on a whim. Heartstrings was founded in 2013 by the mother/daughter team of Jessica Lau and Andrea Holdaway. Andrea and her husband Evert adopted two daughters into their family. Jessica wants to give families the same gift of love that she feels for her adopted sisters. 

We have seen firsthand what a wonderful gift adoption is. We are so grateful to birthmothers who lovingly, and with often heavy hearts, choose adoption for their babies. We know this is a difficult choice. Our focus is the wellbeing of our Birthmothers. We help and guide them to find the right family to welcome a child into their lives.  We will support you through this difficult time and make sure your stay is comfortable, safe and that you never will feel alone on this adoption journey.
